- Industry/ Organization Type: Glazing System Manufacturer
- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Mandai Estate
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-off and review each tender's requirements to meet client expectations
- Request quotations, prepare, and compile tender documents
- Evaluate tender submissions and prepare clarification questions as needed
- Provide detailed post-project cost analysis, comparing actual costs with initial budgets and estimates
- Assist in resolving any contractual disputes between clients and contractors

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or other relevant software
- Positive working attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
