• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing
• Position Title: Airfreight Operations
• Working Location: Changi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily export and import activities for airfreight shipments.
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs authorities.
• Prepare necessary documentation, including air waybills, permits, and customs declarations.
• Track cargo status and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of shipments.
• Update customers and vendors on the progress and status of their shipments.
• Arrange shipment bookings and secure cargo space as required.
• Ensure all procedures adhere to Dangerous Goods (DG) and airfreight regulatory standards.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in airfreight import/export operations.
• Familiar with airfreight documentation and customs clearance processes.
• Skilled in MS Office and freight operations software.
