• Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Manufacturing
• Position Title: Process Technician
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Transport Provided from Boon Lay)
• Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shift, working every 2 days (8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,200 + Shift Allowance + Site Allowance + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Supervisor in daily plant operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Operate and monitor plant equipment and systems on Distributed Control System (DCS) and perform on-site checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Carry out routine sampling of process materials, conduct site inspections, and accurately log operational data as required.
• Perform regular checks and minor maintenance on production equipment, promptly reporting any abnormalities or malfunctions.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues, escalating to supervisors or maintenance teams as necessary

• Diploma/NITEC in Chemical Process Technology or related discipline
• Working experience in petrochemical plant is an added advantage
• Able to work rotating Day/Night shifts
