  • Working Hours: 44 hours per week (Shift based)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,300 + Bonus + Commission
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinic front desk and handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Support the Doctor or Physical Therapist to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and respond to enquiries through phone or messaging apps
  • Provide information to potential patients about our services and packages
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation
  • Manage invoices, process payments, and prepare daily sales reports
  • Assist with clinic activities and company events as needed
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned by management

  • Minimum O-Leve/NITEC
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with a positive disposition
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or working in clinics is an advantage
  • Rehab/Massage therapy skills or knowledge is a bonus
  • Basic IT skills
