- Position Title: Technical Service / Support Consultant
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear consultation and coaching to customers and partners about product features and solutions
- Handle all parts of project implementation, including customizing solutions to meet client needs and supporting products after they go live
- Respond to client issues and questions, use problem-solving skills, and follow up until the issue is fully resolved—support may be needed at different hours
- Work together with teams such as Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Quality Assurance

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in software application development, implementation, and support
- Familiar with programming languages (e.g. Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and basic operating systems (Unix, Windows)
- Experience with servers and databases is a plus
- Knowledge of .NET/C#, web/mobile frameworks, cloud platforms, or hold relevant IT certifications
- Good communication, client management, and teamwork abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and adaptable
- Willingness to travel overseas for projects is a plus
