- Position Title: Accounts Assistant
- Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Little India)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2900 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily tasks associated with Accounts Receivable & Payable, including invoice matching with related documents
- Confirm authorization and ensure accuracy of billing documents received from suppliers
- Perform coding, data entry, and ensure transactions are correctly recorded in the system
- Process payments to suppliers adhering to agreed credit terms
- Conduct follow-ups to resolve outstanding account balances
- Perform monthly reconciliations with supplier statements to address any discrepancies
- Oversee all billing-related activities, ensuring invoices, debit notes, and credit notes are issued promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with relevant departments and clients to rectify any invoice discrepancies
- Actively follow up on and resolve any outstanding billing issues
- Review and confirm the accuracy of billing details
- Prepare financial settlements on a monthly and daily basis
- Handle any other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
