- Position Title: Corporate Secretarial Assistant
- Working Location: Downtown Core
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri,9 am – 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2800 + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of international clients.
- Prepare and update statutory records such as board resolutions, share transfer forms, and registers.
- Monitor deadlines and requirements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Handle electronic filing of corporate documents with Companies Registry.
- Respond to client queries by email.
- Carry out Know Your Client (KYC) checks, including reviewing application forms.
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients.
- Complete any other tasks as assigned.

- Diploma, Degree, ICSA holder, or currently pursuing ICSA qualification.
- Positive working attitude with strong responsibility and initiative.
- Detail-oriented and careful in completing tasks.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
