- Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6.15pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle documentations, including preparing quotations, sales and purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Ensure goods are packed accurately and securely for both local deliveries and export shipments.
- Proactively follow up on quotations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments to support sales initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage inventory movement to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

- Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably dealing with automotive spare parts.
- Skilled in using Accpac and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good understanding of heavy vehicle spare parts and related technical details is an added advantage.
