- Position Title: Electrician
- Working Location: Island-wide (HQ: Tampines North Drive)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 9.30am-5.30pm, alternate Sat: 9.30am-1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,300 - $2,500
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site technical services at customer sites.
- Handle hardware and software support requests received at the support desk or referred by Desktop Support Engineers.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and fix network and smart home system issues.
- Keep track of hardware and software inventory.
- Guide users on how to use software, hardware, and devices in the smart home system.
- Take responsibility for assigned issues and ensure they are resolved.
- Carry out routine checks and maintenance on smart home devices.
- Perform necessary repairs on smart home devices.
- Resolve and update support tickets within the agreed timeframe, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Use relevant tools to load, copy, and customize operating system settings for deployment.

- Min 1 – 2 years of experience in electrical or wiring.
- Additional skills in system/network certifications or IT security are an advantage.
- Has own transportation (bike) is a bonus.
