  • Working Location: Sims Ave (7mins walk from Aljunied MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic $3,000 - $5,000 + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare M&E work schedules based on the main project timeline.
  • Supervise all M&E works, conduct site inspections, track project progress, and handle variation orders.
  • Ensure all M&E works by sub-contractors meet company and legal requirements.
  • Review M&E drawings and material submissions to ensure there are no conflicts with architectural or structural plans.
  • Prepare reports for consultant progress and technical meetings.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve design or construction issues.
  • Manage and lead the M&E team.
  • Meet yearly individual and team performance targets.
  • Ensure all project information is accurately updated in the system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Support, train, and guide customers and dealers.
  • Take part in system and technical proposals, customer visits, site troubleshooting, delivery, and project execution.
  • Monitor and follow up on Building Services project sales from the tender stage to customer award.
  • Oversee project matters and lead negotiations with clients.
  • Participate in discussions with M&E consultants and obtain necessary approvals.

  • Min. of 3 - 5 years relevant experience in the Construction / Maintenance Industry
  • Recognised Degree/Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
