- Position Title: Accounts & HR Executive
- Working Location: Mount Austin, Johor Bahru
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to RM4,000 + Parking Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee records.
- Administer employee benefits.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with local employment laws and regulations.
- Support and maintain positive employee relations.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare simple financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Manage and track petty cash.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle inter-company billings at the regional level.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and accounts teams at HQ.
- Monitor and restock office supplies and maintain equipment.
- Respond to general inquiries from employees and external parties.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by management.
