  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Alternate Sat: 8 am - 5 pm) *Work on Sat – count as OT*
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 2600 + OT + Allowances + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and swiftly resolve discrepancies in orders, customer requests, and invoices
  • Update and maintain critical data in Excel and company databases
  • Support department heads with project management, documentation, and routine administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to collect information for accurate record-keeping
  • Prepare and send out insurance documents and technical drawings to clients
  • Organize external transportation for the delivery and collection of machinery
  • Efficiently manage customer orders and inquiries, ensuring professional service
  • Manage filing, scheduling, document preparation, and handle incoming calls
