• Position Title: Project Manager
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the delivery of railway infrastructure works, ensuring projects meet established goals, schedules, and financial targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact among clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
• Allocate and monitor manpower, materials, and subcontractors; manage expenditures and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Proactively identify potential project challenges, implement risk mitigation strategies, and address site or contractual concerns efficiently.
• Uphold adherence to LTA, safety, and environmental standards from project initiation through completion.
• Compile and deliver regular updates on project status, financials, and forecasts to both clients and senior management.
• Lead and motivate project personnel, providing guidance to engineers and supervisors to maintain focus on the project’s objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience managing infrastructure or railway projects.
• Excellent knowledge with LTA requirements and project management best practices.
• Willingness to work during night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• CSCPM certification is mandatory.
