- Position Title: Production Worker (Pastry/Confectionary)
- Working Location: Jurong
- Working Hours: 6 days – rotating shift (7am – 4pm/8am to 5pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2500 + OT + Performance Bonus + Lunch provided
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Produce a variety of pastries and puddings, ensuring all items adhere to set recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and uphold food safety standards and cleanliness.
- Manage the receipt, packing, and storage of both raw materials and finished goods following temperature guidelines.
- Conduct basic cleaning and upkeep of the central kitchen.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

- Requires at least 1 year of experience in pastry preparation, preferably in a central kitchen setting.
- Must be capable of standing for extended periods and working in cooler environments.
