- Position Title: HR Manager
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accuracy and prompt processing.
- Prepare and file statutory submissions such as CPF contributions and IR8A.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting employment agreements, conducting orientations, and organizing exit interviews.
- Liaise with department heads on workforce planning, talent development, and succession management.
- Manage work pass matters such as applications, renewals, and related medical arrangements.
- Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process.
- Review and analyze compensation and benefits trends to maintain equity and market alignment.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead programs to boost employee engagement and overall well-being.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in an effective and impartial manner.
- Compile HR reports and analyze data to support strategic business decisions.
- Administer and ensure timely submission of training grants and claims to relevant government bodies.
- Manage corporate and staff insurance matters, including reviewing, assessing, and optimizing coverage and costs.
- Oversee the completion of statutory surveys, HR analytics, market studies, and related reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resource.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Proficiency with Frontier eHR system is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactive approach, multitasking capability, and effective problem-solving abilities.
