  • Working Location: Gul Circle (nearby the MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the receipt and processing of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery arrangements.
  • Prepare and issue delivery documents and customer invoices.
  • Generate customer quotations and routine product purchase orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
  • Notify the Senior Purchaser when stock replenishment is required.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks and maintain accurate stock movement logs.
  • Prepare and submit weekly inventory and consignment reports, as well as monthly usage reports to assigned customers.
  • Work closely with the Senior team to address product inquiries and feedback from customers.
  • Respond to and direct phone calls appropriately.
  • Assist in maintaining orderly filing systems for documents.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for miscellaneous or urgent tasks assigned by the management.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

  • GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
