- Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM, Saturday half day)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound freight movements
- Prepare and execute daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of cargo and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse at all times
- Coordinate and follow up on regular warehouse maintenance and repair works
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) and external parties (e.g., transporters, vendors) to ensure smooth logistics processes
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations

- Has 3 years of experience working in warehouse operations and team supervision, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
- Familiarity with cargo handling processes and safety standards are an added advantage
- Strong organizational and planning skills, especially in delivery scheduling
