• Industry/ Organization Type: Civil Engineering Firm
• Position Title: Project Executive cum Admin
• Working Location: Lavender (near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Annual Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and compile documentation for bid submissions, including tender forms, questionnaires, and pre-qualification packages.
• Perform industry research and gather tender-related data from various sources such as search engines, business networks, and market intelligence platforms.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective partners and clients.
• Design and develop presentation slides and visual materials for tender proposals.
• Support online marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels.
• Create promotional content such as brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain and update project records.
• Assist with the preparation and renewal of ISO certifications, insurance policies, and business licenses.
• Carry out additional responsibilities by management.

• Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in the building construction sector.
• Familiar in the tendering process.
• Previous experience with sales, business development or marketing is an added advantage.
