  • Position Title: Admin Assistant / Project Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Island wide (Depending on project site)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm , Sat: 8.30am – 12.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + OT + AWS + VB + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the project team on-site
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and reports
  • Manage office supply orders and keep track of inventory
  • Help schedule meetings and appointments
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and different departments
  • Assist with daily tasks to keep site operations running smoothly
  • Arrange logistics for air and sea shipments
  • Attend weekly site meetings and record meeting notes

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; Diploma is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
