  • Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday-Friday, 9.30am - 6.30pm; Alt Saturday, 9.30am – 1pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for whole‑school operations and academic excellence.
  • Oversee Cambridge Curriculum design, delivery, and continuous improvement aligned with international standards.
  • Drive teaching and learning quality through observations, data reviews, and targeted interventions.
  • Lead student recruitment and admissions pipeline; set targets and monitor conversion while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with EduTrust and all regulatory requirements; maintain audit‑ready documentation.
  • Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff; implement professional development and succession planning.
  • Manage parent and stakeholder engagement; resolve escalations with timely, clear, and empathetic communication.
  • Own academic scheduling, timetabling, examinations, and assessment policies to optimize outcomes.
  • Steward budgets and resources for academics and operations; ensure safe, efficient, and inclusive learning environments.
  • Represent the school at internal and external events; build partnerships and enhance the school’s reputation.

  • Demonstrated leadership of whole‑school academics and operations in an international or Cambridge‑curriculum setting, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum and hands‑on experience with quality/compliance frameworks (e.g., EduTrust or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to manage admissions/enrolment using data while maintaining quality.
  • Track record in staff leadership/coaching/performance management.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in English to communicate with students, staff, parents, and to prepare curriculum/regulatory documents
  • High standards of ethics, child safeguarding, and regulatory compliance; role may require background checks consistent with student‑safety obligations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and use school information systems/data tools.
