- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
- Position Title: Assembly Technician (Plastic)
- Working Location: Loyang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products using hand tools and basic equipment based on work instructions and drawings
- Perform pre-assembly tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and lubrication following procedures
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Report defects, issues, or equipment problems to the supervisor promptly
- Operate packaging equipment to prepare finished products according to specifications
- Maintain accurate records of production and inspection activities
- Handle and store tools, materials, and finished products properly
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area (5S practices)
- Support improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

- Minimum “O” Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification
- Able to use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pliers)
- Able to read and follow work instructions and simple drawings
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing is an advantage
