Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30 am – 5.30 pm), Alternate Sat (8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities
Manage the overall construction phase, including site planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
Support the preparation of construction contractual documents, tender documents, approvals, and submission requirements.
Identify project construction requirements based on project size, scope, timeline, resources, and site conditions.
Monitor construction progress, review progress reports, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements for time, cost, and quality.
Coordinate project meetings, verify action items, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure timely resolution of site issues.
Oversee quality assurance and quality control standards to ensure works meet project specifications and stakeholder expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, construction procedures, and company standards.
Manage subcontractor work activities, site performance, productivity, project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
Drive workplace safety, health, and sustainability practices in line with WSH policies, environmental standards, and green building guidelines.
Manage project completion, defect rectification, testing and commissioning, handover documentation, risk controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, quality control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing site teams, subcontractors, workers, and project stakeholders.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage reports, documentation, meetings, and project coordination.
