- Position Title: Sales Support Executive (Japanese Speaking)
- Working Location: West - Tuas Crescent (Company transport provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8 am-5 pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 5,000 + Travel Allowance + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities in Southeast Asia
- Undertake frequent business travel within Southeast Asia as per request
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
- Oversee customer sales activities, marketing meetings, and reporting
- Provide administrative and logistical support during client visits
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare internal and external documents, reports, and communications
- Prepare proposals and application documents in Japanese, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned by management

- Min. 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Construction/Engineering field
- Flexible to travel in short notice for oversea business trips when required
- Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese and English, with the ability to adapt communication style to effectively engage with Japanese-speaking clients
- Proficiency in MS office
