- Position Title: Account Management Executive (Sales Support)
- Working Location: Central – Marymount
- Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries, prepare, and present quotations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships
- Follow up on cold calls and potential leads to drive sales and achieve targets
- Prepare and submit month-end sales reports

- Min. O level
- Min. 1 year of related experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Experience in account management / Sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred
- Primarily responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts (farmer role)
- Possess class 3 license is a plus
- Company car will be provided for client visits when required (not on a frequent basis)
