• Position Title: Business Analyst
• Working Location: Jurong East (5 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thurs: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Completion Bonus
• Duration: 12 months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insights that drive product results.
• Research the market to define problems and size opportunities.
• Review current solutions to find gaps and synergy opportunities.
• Interview users and turn findings into clear problem statements.
• Set success metrics and build dashboards to track them.
• Analyze performance after launch and recommend improvements.
• Assess change requests for impact, effort, and resource needs.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience, including delivery in Agile environments.
• PMP certification preferred or demonstrated hands-on project management experience.
• Proven experience across both system development and application maintenance, including UAT and QA activities.
• Experience working with outsourced vendors, including tracking, monitoring, and managing delivery milestones and deliverables.
• Proficient in requirements management and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
