- Position Title: QC Technician
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 8.00pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2500 Basic + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Check the production line before start-up and after changeover.
- Do hygiene and GMP checks.
- Check OPRP/CCP readings every 2 hours.
- Take product and raw material samples for lab testing.
- Collect flash-out powder samples during product change.
- Monitor whey/flash-out powder stock and request top-up when low.
- Do swab tests on machines, work area, and workers’ hands.
- Fill in quality and production records correctly.
- Record any issues and the actions taken.
- Download data logger records weekly.
- Isolate non-conforming raw materials or finished goods.
- Report quality issues to QC/QA and support investigation.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs.
- Support pest control and foreign object control when needed.
- Do other QC tasks assigned by your supervisor.

- Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety.
- Experience in food factory/QC is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a production environment.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
