Position Title: Production Planner

Working Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

Plan and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.

Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely output.

Track production progress and adjust schedules when necessary.

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Liaise with R&D to ensure timely replenishment of production materials.

Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Monitor stock movement between the warehouse and production.

Identify and implement improvements in production planning and warehouse efficiency.

Carry out other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned.

Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling using production scheduling software.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
