- Position Title: Retail Supervisor
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5-day work week on a rotating roster, including weekends, from Monday to Sunday, 11:00am to 7:00pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality service to clients.
- Drive sales and support the team in achieving targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients.
- Manage CRM records and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Support stock control, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery or high-end products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury, design, and client service.
