• Working Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5 days (Rotational Work Shift)
• Salary Package: Basic $2000 – $3,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Passionate and motivated, with a good understanding of customer service
• Service-oriented and enthusiastic about serving customers professionally
• Strong communication skills
• Driven to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
• Work with team members to meet group sales targets
• Build long-term customer relationships through a thoughtful and consistent approach
• Support in-store visual display guidelines, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness and order
• Learn and use computer systems to complete daily tasks
• Support other duties as assigned
