- Industry/ Organization Type: Building Material Supplier
- Position Title: Indoor Sales / Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Hougang
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days - 44hrs per week [Shift rotation, includes weekends]
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations for tiles, mosaics, marble, and granite.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products based on design, usage, and budget.
- Prepare purchase orders and quotations based on customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to arrange and follow up on the delivery of goods.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide basic product information such as material types, sizes, finishes, and applications.
- Ensure showroom displays are neat, organised, and updated.
- Keep records of sales enquiries and customer information.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining good customer service standards

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or showroom environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for preparing quotations and updating records.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
