Key Responsibilities

  • Manage local sales and business development activities across air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, and cross-border logistics services.
  • Identify and secure new direct customers, with primary business control and billing handled through Singapore.
  • Develop and maintain agent partnerships in China and Taiwan, supporting overseas-controlled and routed business opportunities.
  • Follow up on sales leads, coordinate with agents, and drive business growth through consistent customer engagement.
  • Meet defined sales activity targets by conducting regular customer visits and appointments.
  • Support the introduction of new logistics products and actively promote related sales initiatives.
  • Prepare structured sales action plans and strategies for management review.
  • Issue quotations, RFQs, and SOPs, while monitoring the execution and performance of new and existing accounts.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales activities and performance on a regular basis.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments such as project cargo, cross-trade, or special shipment requirements as assigned by management.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or cross-border transportation.
  • Solid understanding of air and ocean freight operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and overseas partners.
  • Capable of handling sales leads, preparing quotations and RFQs, and following through on both new and existing business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, and able to meet sales activity targets.
