Position Title: Solutions Engineer

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary (Up to RM6,000) + Car Allowance RM1,000 + Petrol & Toll Claim + Project Commission + Performance Incentive

Duration: Permanent

 

Responsibilities

Deliver technical guidance and support to customers, sales, and marketing teams, including proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost calculations.

Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, and consultants during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.

Conduct product installation briefings, training sessions, and provide on-site troubleshooting support.

Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Perform research and support the development of value-added design solutions that align with client needs, applying engineering calculations and relevant design standards.

Represent the company’s value proposition through strong technical expertise, technical presentations, seminars, and project specifications.

Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements support product standardization and future product enhancements.

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Familiar with CAD and Revit software.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

With a valid driving licence and own transport is preferred.

Willing to travel to Johor Bahru whenever there are project requirements.
