  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Sun: 10am – 8.30pm) (rotational shift)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide TCM therapy services such as Tuina (healthcare massage), cupping, gua sha, and other treatments offered by the clinic.
  • Assist TCM physicians during consultations and treatments when needed.
  • Deliver good patient care and ensure a comfortable, professional clinic experience.
  • Attend to patient enquiries and support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the clinic supervisor or management.

  • Massage or TCM-related certifications are preferred.
  • Positive attitude with a strong service mindset.
  • Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
