- Position Title: Store Assistant
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm), Sat 9AM - 1PM
- Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus + OT
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing stock
- Pack outgoing shipments for customers, including taking reference photos
- Record and update inventory using computer systems (Excel or inventory software)
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, delivery drivers, and internal team members
- Assist with daily store operations to ensure smooth processes
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operational tasks

- Minimum GCE or N Level qualification
- Relevant experience in store, warehouse, or retail operations is an advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, or inventory systems
- Able to manage stock records accurately
- Organised, responsible, and attentive to details
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
