• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products
• Position Title: Inventory & Costing Executive / Cost Accountant
• Working Location: Pioneer (Transport provided from Jurong East bus terminal)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing costing and standard cost setting/revisions.
• Ensure accurate product costing and production postings.
• Analyze production variances (actual vs. standard cost).
• Support annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Work with Production on inventory management and cost control.
• Collaborate with R&D on new product costing.
• Review excess/obsolete inventory and conduct stock counts.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Handle month-end closing, inventory journals, and cost accruals.
• Maintain BOM, item master, and run standard cost revaluation.
• Support audits and other ad-hoc project.
• Perform any other ad hoc assignments/special projects as assigned.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ costing experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in ERP system and familiar with Dynamics 365 would be a plus.
