Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process Purchase Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and Sales Orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Monitor and coordinate inventory control, including conducting periodic stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage document control, including proper filing, data entry, and maintenance of both electronic and hardcopy documentation.
  • Consolidate supplier invoices for payment processing and handle staff claims, reimbursements, and related administrative matters.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
