  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Contract Completion Bonus
  • Duration: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement of construction materials, including supplier sourcing and obtaining competitive quotations.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate material requests for site operations.
  • Identify potential suppliers and assist in price negotiations to secure cost-effective purchases.
  • Prepare and monitor purchase orders and delivery orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Generate and process monthly invoices.
  • Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of purchasing experience within the construction sector.
  • Willing and able to travel islandwide when required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve optimal price and quality outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
