• Position Title: Safety Executive (Logistics & Warehouse)
• Working Location: Toh Guan
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 08:15 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and PPE requirements in line with regulations
• Identify training needs and conduct EHS training to enhance safety awareness
• Coordinate audits and maintain EHS documentation for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001
• Investigate and close all EHS incidents and accidents properly
• Conduct EHS induction for contractors and visitors when required
• Supervise contractors to ensure safety rules are followed on site
• Prepare and submit monthly safety reports as required
• Develop and review risk assessments in accordance with WSH regulations
• Conduct WSH inspections and follow up on corrective actions
• Analyse safety data and implement improvements to meet safety standards
• Maintain the Emergency Response Plan, including fire certification and CERT structure
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with government regulations
• Oversee daily building operations and address WSH-related matters
• Ensure fire safety equipment is properly maintained
• Support warehouse setup and new operational requirements
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems, including ACMV and chillers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma or Professional Certification in Workplace Safety & Health
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) certification
• FSM certification and BizSAFE Level 2
• Manage Work at Height Certificate (Assessor or Manager)
• Knowledge of local WSH, SCDF, and NEA regulations
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
