Position Title: Site Engineer
Working Location: Islandwide (Office located near City Hall MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days (Depending on project), 44 hrs per week
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
Duration: 1-year Contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
Specialize in underground works, including driven piles, civil engineering, and diaphragm wall construction methods.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the main contractor and project manager, detailing site activities, achievements, and challenges.
Lead and oversee site preparation works, including earthworks, site clearance, and utilities coordination.
Conduct field testing and site investigation works as required to assess soil conditions and project feasibility.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor and supervise subcontractors and laborers on site, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and schedules.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on site.
Assist in the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to site.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the project manager to support project objectives.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in underground works, driven piles, diaphragm wall construction, or related projects.
Strong knowledge of site preparation works including earthworks, utilities coordination, and construction methods.
Familiar with safety regulations, design specifications, and quality standards relevant to civil engineering projects.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
