Position Title: Project Coordinator

Working Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentive + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily project activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Support project documentation, filing, and basic reporting duties.

Liaise with team members and assist in communication between departments when required.

Help track project progress and update status as directed.

Perform basic administrative and coordination tasks for ongoing projects.

Ensure all tasks are carried out according to company procedures and guidelines.

Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
