- Position Title: HR Executive (Regional – HRIS Focus)
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus
- Duration: 1-year Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of HRIS systems
- Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, including automating workflows (e.g. onboarding, leave, claims, performance management)
- Review and improve existing HR processes, and identify opportunities for automation
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth system rollout and integration
- Ensure data accuracy, proper system controls, and clear documentation
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and basic analysis to support decision-making
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance HR efficiency
- Prepare HR reports, track data, and provide general HR/Admin support as needed
- Support HR process improvement initiatives
- Assist with organisational changes and integration activities
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and company events (e.g. team bonding, townhalls, celebrations)

- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, including exposure to HRIS, digital HR projects, and process improvement or automation initiatives
- Experience in payroll processing, working with payroll vendors, and handling claims, grants, or HR-related submissions
- Familiarity with employment practices in Singapore, Malaysia, or Hong Kong, with exposure to multi-country HR operations being a plus
- Experience using HR systems with advanced or automated features, including HR process improvement or workflow automation, is an advantage
- Experience in ESG or HR data reporting is an added advantage
