• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/Ground Engineering
• Position Title: Design Manager
• Working Location: Central (Near City Hall MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days, (Monday – Friday, Office Hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable bonus + Allowances
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design workflow throughout all stages of the project.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on all design-related matters.
• Contribute to design planning during tender submissions and project development phases.
• Review and endorse design submissions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulatory standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of design engineers and CAD drafters to ensure timely completion of drawings.
• Address and resolve design issues efficiently to prevent delays in project progress.
• Maintain and enforce design quality standards across all phases of the project.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in marine, coastal, or offshore projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized in Singapore is required.
• Good understanding of local design regulations and standards
