  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + OT
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register patients, book appointments, and manage walk-ins.
  • Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
  • Prepare and clean consultation rooms before and after each patient.
  • Dispense medication with the correct labels and instructions.
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing and claims.
  • Update patient records and clinic systems.
  • Take basic patient measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure, if trained.
  • Check and restock clinic supplies.
  • Keep the clinic clean and safe.
  • Answer phone calls and handle enquiries.
  • Support admin work and other assigned duties.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with any other ad hoc duties as required.

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or relevant certificate.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Caring and professional when handling patients.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred.
  • Familiar with insurance claims, Medisave, and CHAS is an advantage.
