Position Title: Project Engineer

Working Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Responsibilities

Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, covering planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with stakeholders.

Execute and monitor the Project Quality Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Building Execution Plan.

Create, update, and manage BIM models along with all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.

Identify and resolve any technical or contractual challenges throughout the project.

Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Work closely with consultants and contractors, ensuring contractor performance meets expectations.

Handle project handover to clients, ensuring full compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements and standards.

Drive safety initiatives and conduct compliance checks on-site.

Secure required permits and approvals, liaising with authorities to reduce public inconvenience during works.

Ensure projects are carried out with consideration for sustainability and environmental impact.

Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, Sustainable Infrastructure or a related discipline.

Preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally dealing with ACMV projects.

Possess Bizsafe Level 2 certification or above is a plus.

Ability to work independently with strong leadership capabilities in a team setting.

Familiarity with BIM tools and with a valid driver’s license will be added advantages.
