Position Title: Project Engineer

Working Location: Site-based (Office location at Kallang)

Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Project Manager and support the overall execution of assigned projects.

Monitor and ensure project schedules are on track to meet planned timelines and deliverables.

Handle and coordinate the RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes with relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and process monthly progress claims for submission in a timely and accurate manner.

Attend site meetings, discussions, and coordination sessions as required.

Track project developments closely and provide regular progress updates and reports to management.

Assist in resolving site issues and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external parties.

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

At least 1 year of working experience in a Project Engineer or similar role is preferred.

Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.

Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
