- Position Title: HR Coordinator
- Working Location: Tagore lane
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
- Handle full-cycle payroll processing.
- Oversee monthly manpower costs by accurately calculating, budgeting, and controlling all expenses.
- Perform general administrative tasks and manage the onboarding/offboarding process (uniforms, contracts, food hygiene certificates, etc.).
- Ensure employee information is up to date and accurate.
- Apply for, renew, and cancel work passes for foreign employees.
- Advise employees on HR-related and administrative matters (leave, recruitment, payroll, insurance, etc.).
- Manage the day-to-day operations of HR and Admin duties.
- Handle applications and renewals for SFA licenses and food hygiene certifications for outlet staff.
- Submit and track statutory claims, such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave, CPF, and IR21.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR activities.
- Experience with Infotech software is required.
- Must be able to work independently and handle pressure
