• Position Title: Building Maintenance Technician
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 7.30am - 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out troubleshooting and maintenance for facility-related equipment such as HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, lighting, generators, and other related systems.
• Ensure facility-related equipment operates properly and undergoes preventive maintenance.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair works and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment.
• Attend to emergency breakdowns and feedback.
• Report any irregularities observed.
• Update maintenance records and file service reports from service providers.
• Maintain stock records and logs for maintenance parts and consumable items.
• Support maintenance works across the company’s property portfolio.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Possess at least an NTC in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Have experience in carrying out simple repair works and basic hands-on electrical work.
• Be able to read and understand electrical diagrams.
