- Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Mount Austin, Johor Bahru
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to RM4,000 + Parking Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain proper and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and track petty cash transactions
- Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end closing activities
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle inter-company billings and reconciliations across regional entities
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payment
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entry

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accountancy or relevant studies.
- Proficient in accounting software and basic accounting concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
