- Position Title: Sales Application Engineer / Executive – Metal Cutting Tools
- Working Location: Seletar (Islandwide)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their applications
- Provide technical advice on metal cutting tools such as inserts, end mills, drills, and taps
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including manufacturers and suppliers
- Keep updated on product features, specifications, and applications
- Analyse customer requirements and suggest suitable cutting tool solutions
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations

- Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Machining, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
- Good understanding of metal cutting tools and their applications
- Knowledge of tool materials and coatings is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions
