- Position Title: Logistics Coordinator / Transport Planner
- Working Location: Jurong West (Company transport provided)
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily transport operations, including fleet allocation and terminal bookings.
- Assign jobs and coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Optimize routes and fleet usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Communicate with transporters, 3PL providers, and vendors; arrange external support when needed and monitor service performance.
- Prepare and manage transport documentation, update systems (SAP/TMS), and assist with invoice verification.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, support incident handling, and provide backup for daily operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics planning, transport coordination, or related operations.
- Experience in chemical logistics or dangerous goods (DG) handling is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP, TMS, or similar logistics systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data tracking.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams, drivers, and vendors.
